Has been established in 1997, by Ilya Barr, M.D., pioneer of infertility treatments in Israel and the founder of a couple of In Vitro Fertilization Clinics in Israel, Europe, and Central America.

The guiding principle is Problem-Oriented Diagnoses for both partners and choosing the most appropriate treatment in the first place, a different approach to most infertility clinics, using trial and error paths, that leads to many unnecessary frustrating treatments.

First step:

Filing a medical inquiry (anamnesis) for both partners. It may be done online, filling the questionnaire, or by video meeting with the physician. The relevant exams and lab. exams will be attached on-line or sent by e-mail (before the video consult).

The second step:

Video on-line consults with our reproductive physician. At the end of the meeting, a comprehensive report will be elaborated that will include Problem-Oriented Diagnoses, the recommended exams, and/or the proposed treatment. If more exams are indicated, a second video meeting will be scheduled; you will send by e-mail the results of the exam before the scheduled video meeting.

The third step:

Final infertility work-up summary report and treatment recommendations
